The agreement for using Yelo
Terms of Use
Effective date: October 09, 2026
Who you are contracting with
These rules govern your relationship with Achieving sustainableAA INC, the operator of Yelo. The application is published on Google Play under ASAA-INC. They cover profiles, available discovery, text and chosen media, voice messages, one-to-one calls, support, moderation, safety operations, and the policy pages linked here.
Read the Privacy Policy and the Child Safety Policy with these Terms. If you cannot accept them, do not use Yelo.
Eligibility and responsible accounts
You must be at least 18 to use Yelo. Keep registration and profile details reasonably truthful, protect your sign-in information, and tell us if you believe someone has taken over the account. You may not pose as another person, conceal a minor's access, or open an account on another person's behalf without permission.
Activity under your account is normally your responsibility. We may ask for limited ownership information when needed to protect an account, prevent fraud, or respond to a safety issue.
Communication features and their limits
Yelo may provide adult profile browsing, text exchange, user-selected photos or videos, voice messages, and one-to-one audio or video calls. Feature availability depends on the release, device, location, and account standing. The service does not promise that another person is genuine, safe, compatible, interested, or available.
Using sensors during a call
Android may ask for camera or microphone access when you choose a call, voice message, or capture action. Granting a permission does not give another user ownership of your device. Do not record, retransmit, or publish a session unless everyone involved has given the consent required by law. End a call and use the block or report controls if the interaction becomes unsafe.
What you post or send
Your content remains yours. To make Yelo work, you give Achieving sustainableAA INC a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transmit, format, display, and technically reproduce material you submit for operation, security, moderation, support, and service improvement. That permission is not a sale of your content and ends for active systems when the content is removed, subject to lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You must have the rights needed for every photo, recording, message, or other item you submit. Your content must not infringe another person's rights or break a law.
Safety rules and unacceptable use
Do not use Yelo to:
- commit or facilitate unlawful acts, fraud, scams, money laundering, or identity theft;
- threaten, stalk, harass, extort, discriminate against, or keep contacting someone after a clear request to stop;
- groom, solicit, sexualize, exploit, or endanger a child, or create, request, keep, or share suspected CSAM;
- send non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing material, malware, bulk spam, or deceptive links;
- offer sexual services, arrange coercive activity, or trick another user into paying;
- scrape or harvest profiles, disrupt calls, reverse engineer the service, or use automated access without permission; or
- work around an age gate, block, safety action, payment control, or account restriction.
Never download, copy, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Follow the reporting guidance in the Child Safety Policy.
Feedback, reports, and account action
Use the in-app profile or conversation controls to block a user and report a concern. You can also write to pnoq5746526485@gmail.com. We may assess available information, hide or remove material, limit communications, preserve evidence, suspend an account, terminate access, or refer serious matters to an appropriate authority.
We may provide a reason or appeal route when practical, but cannot promise a result or deadline and may limit notice to protect another person or an investigation.
Google Play billing and advertising
When digital items or subscriptions are offered through Google Play, the store's billing terms and checkout process apply. A recurring subscription generally continues until you cancel it in Google Play; uninstalling Yelo or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store rules.
Yelo may display advertising or measure ad events when enabled and lawful. An advertisement is not an endorsement of its provider. Do not bypass an approved purchase flow.
Ownership and outside services
The Yelo name, software, design, and service materials belong to Achieving sustainableAA INC or its licensors. These Terms give you only the permission needed to use the service. Google Play, network, payment, and other linked services can impose separate terms and privacy notices.
Changes and ending access
We may alter, pause, or retire a feature for technical, safety, commercial, legal, or maintenance reasons. Suspension or termination of an account, a limited feature, or a profile may be necessary to protect users, enforce these rules, address non-payment, or comply with law. You can stop using Yelo and follow the Account Deletion page to request removal.
Provisions that should logically continue, including content ownership, payment duties, liability limits, and dispute terms, remain effective after access ends.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yelo is supplied on an “as available” basis. We do not promise continuous service, error-free content, another user's identity or conduct, a safe outcome, a relationship, compatibility, or a particular call quality. Use judgment when sharing content or meeting anyone.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Achieving sustainableAA INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for harm caused by another user, an unavailable network, or content you elect to exchange. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
Law, contact, and revisions
These Terms use applicable law as the governing standard. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available under the law where you live remain unaffected. Send questions to pnoq5746526485@gmail.com.
